Return Policy and pick up of goods is very badly managed

The items purchased so far and utilized are excellent.
But the return policy implementation is pathetic.
The goods are not picked up for a very long time.
Though I love so many things but its a challenge when we have to remind multiple times for the products to be returned.
As a result though I have kept new orders in the cart I am not placing any order till the items which have to be returned are not picked up by the person in charge.
