Price Assurance

We strive hard to ensure that our customers always get a fair price so that they feel satisfied when making their purchase. As a result we offer a 10-day price assurance policy. If you have purchased an item from us and you see a reduction in the selling price of that same item on our website within 10 days of your purchase, please reach out to our customer care team and we will issue you a refund for the difference.

Additionally, if we are selling that item on an online marketplace (seller name Modern Quests or Quests Creative Pvt. Ltd.) and if their online selling price (without marketplace offered discounts) is lower than the price at which you purchased that same item on our website, we will still issue you a refund for the difference.
